Petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue namely, K.Aarthi, has filed this petition seeking a direction to the third respondent to cause production of the detenue.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.
3. Affidavit of petitioner undertaking that the minor daughter/detenue will not be married of till she attains marriageable age is recorded.
4. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed. The affidavit shall form part of the order of this Court.
