PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry on his complaint dated 26.11.2018 along with complaint of M/s.Athmiga as directed by this Court.

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to conduct complaint given by the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, the petition of this nature is not maintainable before this Court. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Division Bench in the decision referred supra.
