(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh,J.) When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced a copy of the proceedings of the third respondent in the writ petition viz., District Elementary https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Educational Officer, Tiruppur District, in

Na.Ka.No.81/M2/18 dated 13.08.2018 for the purported compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.A.No.494 of 2018 dated 11.04.2018.

2. In such view of the matter, we do not find any wilful disobedience warranting appropriate action. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that inasmuch as the petitioner also seeks relaxation on par with the similarly placed persons, they may be directed to approach the contemnor while seeking to assail the decision of the third respondent in the writ petition.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission, we direct the petitioner to make fresh representation to the contemnor. The petitioner is also permitted to challenge the proceeding of the third respondent by way of fresh representation. As and when such representation is received, the contemnor shall pass an order within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.
