No.67/12A10A, Patta No.92, measuring 0.035 acres or 0.09 cents bounded on North by land belonging to Mr.Akora Naicker, South by land belonging to Mr.Mayakrishnan, East by East Coast Road and West by land belonging to Mr.Murugesan and lying with the registration district of Chengalpattu and Sub Registration District of Thiruporur and quash the same and pass such further orders.

Today, 13.06.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner passed away in the year 2023 and the same was brought to the knowledge of this Court on 14.06.2023. Since he is unable to contact the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to get instructions, he filed a Memo dated 13.06.2024 to that effect before this Court.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submits that the patta has been issued in favour of the fourth respondent. 2/4

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side as well as the Memo dated 13.06.2024 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
