The limited prayer sought for in the present civil revision petition is for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of A.S.No.17 of 2017 within a time frame.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that though the Appeal Suit has been posted for arguments in the year 2014, there is not much progress in the same, till date.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned District Judge of Nilgiris, Ootacamund to dispose of A.S.No.17 of 2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
