PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to issue the direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court at Alandur, Chennai - 16 to take the discharge petition dated 26.11.2018 in C.C.No.1275 of 2017.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court at Alandur, Chennai, to take the discharge petition filed by the petitioner.

2. Going by the averments made in the final report, this Court is of the considered view that a direction can be given to the Court below to complete the proceedings itself within a stipulated time.

3. In view of the above, the Court below is directed to complete the proceedings pending in C.C.No.1275 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
