O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed, praying to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28035 of 2018 in W.M.P.No.32633 of 2018, dated 24.10.2018.

2. Today, the main Writ Petition in W.P.No.28035 of 2018 itself is taken up for final disposal and having heard

the learned counsel on either side and on going through the entire materials placed on record, this Court allowed the Writ Petition, setting aside the transfer order, which was impugned in the writ petition.

3. In view of the order passed in the main Writ Petition, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
