Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for records in S.C.No.50 of 2018 dated 26.08.2018 on the file of the Respondent-1 viz., District Collector and District Magistrate, Krishnagiri District, Krishnagiri and to produce the body of the petitioner, Satishkumar, son of Late Madhu, aged about 25 years, residing at Antheripatti village, Pochampalli Taluk, now at Valaiyalkaran Kottai village, Venkatpuram, Mallapadi Post, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District now languishing at Central Prison, Salem before this Court, and to set aside the above said detention order and release the petitioner.
