ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash an FIR in Crime No.415 of 2018 pending on the file of the first respondent.
2.During the pendency of the case, the parties have come to a compromise. The second respondent has also given a letter, dated 03.11.2018, to the respondent police to close the complaint due to the fact that the petitioners have paid the entire amount to the second respondent. This letter has also been placed before this Court.

3.In view of the above, no useful purpose will be served by keeping this FIR pending. In the result, the FIR in Crime No.415 of 2018, on the file of the first respondent, is hereby quashed.
