The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the learned First Additional Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore to expedite the proceeding of the E.P. No.226 of 2018 in MCOP. No.254 of 2008.

2. Heard Mr.V.Sivaprakasam, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Though notice has been served on the respondent and his company's name printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of the respondent.

3. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the Execution Proceedings had been posted for filing counter on 19.12.2018. Hence, the learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore is called upon to dispose of E.P.No.226 of 2018 in M.C.O.P.No.254 of 2008 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
