ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for direction to the first respondent police to release the petitioner's vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 56 L 3292.

2.The petitioner is given liberty to move an appropriate petition before the Court below seeking for return of vehicle. This Court cannot directly entertain a petition for return of property in exercise of its jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
