By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2018 and reminder representation dated 15.11.2018 and name transfer the house tax, water tax in favour of the petitioner belongs to her house bearing D.No.35/17 which is situated in Attur Taluk, Salem district.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 05.09.2018 seeking name transfer of house tax and water tax in favour of the petitioner. As there was no response, he made a reminder representation on 15.11.2018, but, the same is yet to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

disposed of by the respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard Mr.A.Rajakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.Karthikaa Ashok, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 05.09.2018 and 15.11.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the persons interested in this regard and also affording them due opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to produce the relevant particulars of the other persons interested.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
