ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner except due process of law.

2. It is seen from the records that there is already a money dispute pending between the parties. The petitioner has alleged that the other side has approached the respondent police and the respondent police is harassing the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

3. The respondent police shall not interfere in a dispute of this nature. The respondent police shall relegate the parties to the Civil Court.
