O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2018.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner was a retired employee of the Pondicherry Agro Service and Industries Corporation Ltd. He availed housing building loan and at the time of execution of agreement, it was agreed by him that the amount will be repaid with interest. He paid the entire loan amount with interest. Thereafter, he came to know about the fact that the second respondent has collected exorbitant rate of interest and also penal interest. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation to the second respondent dated 30.07.2018, seeking repayment of penal interest paid by him. But, so for no action has been taken on the petitioner's representation. Hence the present writ petition.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2018 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
