O R D E R

The petitioners have filed this petition seeking quashment of an FIR in Cr.No.10 of 2018, on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station-East, Coimbatore City.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the state submits that during investigation in Cr.No.10 of 2018, the matter has been settled between the parties. Hence, investigation against the petitioners herein has been dropped and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is of the considered view that nothing further survives for adjudication in this petition.

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are closed.
