COMMON JUDGMENT (made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Mr.P.Sathyanathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner does not want to pursue the matter any further and he has also submitted a letter before the Registry seeking to withdraw the aforesaid Writ Petitions.
2. In view of the aforesaid letter circulated before the Registry and submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected C.M.P.Nos. 16454 & 8817 are closed. No costs.
