O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner, who is the father of the detenue namely, Kaleeshwari, aged 17 years, sought production of his daughter. 2.We have heard the learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Proseuctor for first respondent. 3.Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that the detenue/minor daughter of the petitioner has been secured and she has been handed over to the custody of petitioner. Learned counsel submits that the detenue has been secured by the first respondent and on the complaint of the petitioner, a case regards the girl having gone missing has been registered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Learned Counsel states that the case is one of Kidnapping. 4.Taking note of the above submissions, this Court would direct the first respondent police to alter the FIR to reflect the offence involved, if any, and proceed further inaccordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Hebeas Corpus Petition shall stand disposed of.
