Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to sanction of pension, Employee Contribution of P.F accumulation along with his commutation as per the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Employees Pension Fund Rules 2000 run by the 3rd Respondent Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Employees Pension Fund Trust and to count the service rendered in daily paid service from 10.02.1998 to 01.04.2003 and consequently to direct the Respondent to pay the arrears of pension along with interest at the rate of 18% per annum.

ORDER
Heard Mr.J.Pradeep, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and Mr.M.Aswin, learned standing counsel for the second respondent and Mr.K.Sathish, learned counsel for the third respondent and perused the materials available on record.
2.The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to sanction of pension, employee contribution of Provident Fund accumulation along with his commutation as per the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Employees Pension Fund Rules 2000 run by the 3rd respondent and to count the services rendered in daily paid service from 10.02.1998 to 01.04.2003 and consequently to direct the respondent to pay the arrears of pension along with interest at the rate of 18 % per annum.

3. The respondent State Transport Corporation is a pensionable establishment which has introduced the contributory pension scheme from 01.09.1998. However, it is stated that the said date was not inclusive of the above EPF contributions made by the petitioner when he was attached with the Corporation.
4. As the representation submitted by the petitioner has not been considered so far by the respondents, the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking Writ of Mandamus. Hence, I feel it is appropriate to issue suitable directions.
In the result, this Writ petition is disposed of and the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.05.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
