The petitioners seek issuance of succession certificate in respect of the securities that stood in the name of their father C.K.Shanmugha Sundaram, who died on 21.10.1996.

2. The mother of the petitioners/wife of C.K.Shanmugha Sundaram namely, Daivanayakiammal also died on 29.09.1976. The first petitioner has been examined as P.W.1, he has produced the death certificates of his parents as Exs.P1 and P2 respectively. The legal heirship certificate has been produced as Ex.P3. A perusal of the legal heirship certificate shows that the petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased C.K.Shanmugha Sundaram. Publication has been effected and no objections have been received.

3. Considering the evidence on record, the original petition is allowed granting succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioners. 12.04.2019 kkn http://www.judis.nic.in
