(The 2nd and 3rd respondents are suo motu impleaded as per order dated 04.12.2018 in H.C.P.No.2782 of 2018) .. Respondents PRAYER: This Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the Respondent/Police to produce the body of the petitioner's wife Durgadevi, aged about 35 years, before this Court and set her at liberty forthwith.

to have been missing and therefore, after giving complaint on 21.10.2018, the petitioner has come before this Court by way of habeas corpus petition.

2. When the matter is called, the Government Advocate would submit that the alleged detenue aged about 35 years, was traced in Kadappa along with one Venkat who is also running a shop in the same area of the petitioner at Vyasarpadi. 3.This Court questioned Durgadevi, as to whether she was abducted or went on her own wish and she submitted that she went on her own wish along with one Venkat and now, willilng to return to her family. The husband of the said detenue Durgadevi and her child are present before this Court.

4.The petitioner Nandha Kumar, the husband of the detenue is also ready to accept his wife. Recording the above, this Habeas Corpus petition is disposed of.
