When the matter was taken up today for hearing, Mr.R.Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel appearing for petitioner on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition as not pressed. In this regard, on behalf of petitioner, memo was filed seeking withdrawal of the petition.
