ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenue - G.Dhivya Bharathi, aged 25 years. The petitioner has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the 1st respondent for the production of his daughter.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenue has been traced. The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an affidavit to that effect. The learned counsel therefore seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Habeas Corpus Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
