ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to investigate and file a final report in FIR.No.1638 of 2014, dated 30.11.2014 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the first respondent has registered a case in the above said FIR on 30.11.2014, no final report has been filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months. 5.In view of the above, the first respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
