The petitioner has filed this petition seeking transfer of FIR in Cr.No.124 of 2018 on the file of Inspector of Police, Thondamuthur Police Station and FIR in Cr.No.204 of 2018 on the file of Inspector of Police, Kovilpalayam Police Station to CBCID Coimbatore.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that during the pendency of this petition, investigation has been completed and Charge Sheet has been filed in C.C.NO.26 of 2020 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore and the next date of hearing is fixed on 08.07.2021 and, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is of the considered view that nothing further survives for adjudication in this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is grated to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
