Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent dated 31.10.2018 in Memo.No.1013/BCDFGISSSV/2018 against the petitioner son Nagaraj @ Pambu Nagaraj,male aged 26 years S/o.Gowriswaran, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzal II, Chennai and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court.
