Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order for extension of time granted by this Hon'ble Court by order dt.21.8.2018, in Crl.OP.No.19999 of 2018, to execute the order of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.CHANDRA SEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR. M.PRABHAVATHI, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.This application is filed to grant extension of time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19999 of 2018 dated 21.08.2018 to execute sureties.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees two thousand only) towards the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Chennai and two weeks time is granted from today to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court." -sd/- 06/12/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
