Respondents PRAYER: This Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the 2nd respondent to produce the body of the detenue Muthu Saravanan S/o. Govindaraj Pandian aged about 27 years, presently in the illegal custody of the 2nd respondent before this Court and set him at liberty.
