By consent of both parties, this Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representations dated 20.08.2018 and 12.09.2018 made by the petitioner and directing the first respondent to correct the error that crept in the revenue records in Survey No.65/8A at No.41, Pudupakkam Village, Thirupporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted representations dated 20.08.2018 and 12.09.2018 seeking to rectify the mistake that has crept in the revenue records in Survey No.65/8A at No.41, Pudupakkam Village, Thirupporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard Mr.T.N.Rajagopalan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 20.08.2018 and 12.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent herein and also affording them due opportunity of personal hearing as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
