(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Mr.S.Thiruvengadam, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice on behalf of respondent no.1, Mr.V.C.Selvasekaran, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of respondent no.2 and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Government Pleader (I/c.) takes notice on behalf of respondent no.3.

2.The prayer of the petitioner is that his representation dated 09.10.2018 addressed to respondent no.1, The Member Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority and respondent no.2, The Commissioner, Corporation of Chennai, be disposed of expeditiously. The said representation pertains to illegal/violation of building permission by the fourth respondent.

3.Learned counsel for respondent no.1 states that he is the appropriate authority to consider the representation. He states that the said representation will be considered by 25.02.2019. 4.In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for respondent no.1, no further orders are necessary, hence, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
