ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The prayer of the petitioner is that directions be issued to the first respondent to hand over the possession of the property as per order dated 22.8.2017 in Rc.No.C4/34371/2013. The property in question is situated at Plot No.1, comprised in Survey No.78/3B, UDR Punja Survey No.78/3B14, bearing Door No.726, VOC, 3rd Street, Sivaji Nagar, Kilpudupakkam Village, Cheyyar Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that possession of the property has been handed over on 10.1.2019.

3. In this view of the matter, this petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
