ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif, Hosur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.139 of 2003 within a stipulated time.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit itself disposed of by the Court below on 16.10.2020 and hence the revision petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition. 3.
