ORDER
Alleging that the order of this Court, dated 25.01.2018 made in W.P.No.18747 of 2012, has not been complied with by the respondent, the petitioner has come up with the present contempt petition.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the direction issued by this Court, vide its order
dated 25.01.2018 has been complied with by the respondent, by passing proceedings, in Na.Ka.No.7561/2018=M1, dated 02.02.2019, rejecting the claim of the petitioner. 3.Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection order passed by the respondent, it is always open to him to challenge the said order in an appropriate proceedings, in the manner known to law and it is not open to him to sustain the present contempt petition, in view the compliance reported by the respondent.
