Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the order passed by the first respondent herein in Mu.Mu.No.41119/F2/2018 dated 28.11.2018, quash the same and direct the first respondent herein to approve the appointment of Mr.C.Robert Bruce as Correspondent-Secretary of the petitioner College with effect from 05.10.2018 until the next person is appointed by the Administrative/Executive Committee of the CSI Kanyakumari Diocese.
