ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the Respondent to accept the production of certificates of educational qualification of the Petitioner for appointment to the post of Typist based on the examination conducted on 11.02.2018 and as per the provisional selection list for Certificate Verification published on 27.08.2018 in the Commission's website and consequently allow the petitioner to participate in the counseling for Certificate Verification and posting for the post of Typist in Combined Civil Services Examination - 4 (Group -IV) by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.11.2018 within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court in the present writ petition, the petitioner was allowed to participate in the written examination conducted on 11.02.2018.

However, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent / TNPSC brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petitioner was not within the zone of consideration and further, she has not uploaded the requisite certificates along with the application. Therefore, the petitioner is not eligible for consideration.
