These writ petitions have been came up for reporting settlement which was disposed of on 31.01.2019 by directing the second respondent to deposit the amount of compensation payable to the petitioners in all W.Ps. as per the Division Bench Judgment of this Court in A.S.Nos.29, 24, 22 & 23 of 2018 respectively dated 26.04.2018.

2. Today, the second respondent has filed his affidavit dated 19.03.2019 before this Court stating that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 31.01.2019, the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Revenue Administration Wing, [R.A.1(2)] Section has passed G.O.(Ms)No.97 dated 18.03.2019, sanctioning a sum of Rs.59,32,68,904/- towards payment of enhanced compensation to these petitioners as well as other land owners.

3. In view of the affidavit filed by the second respondent, the third respondent is directed to disburse the aforesaid amount to the petitioners as well as other land owners on or before 30.04.2019, in http://www.judis.nic.in
