This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Roc.No.5433/2018/K1 Dated 24.11.2018 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

Consequentially, direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with continuity of service within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that the impugned suspension order dated 24.11.2018 was rejected by the District Collector, Krishnagiri in his proceedings dated 25.02.2019.

2. Thus, the grievances of the writ petitioner has already been redressed. The order of suspension was rejected without prejudice to the departmental proceedings, which is to be continued in accordance with the rules in force and the Charge memo also has been issued. Thus, there is no impediment for the authorities to continue the departmental proceedings by following the procedures contemplated under the rules.

3. However, the present writ petition is filed to quash the order of suspension and thus, no further adjudication is required is to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
