Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records in pursuant to the order in NA.KA.No.2954/A5/2018 dated 22.11.2018 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and restrain the respondents in peaceful functioning of the school for the academic year 20182019 (31.05.2019).

This writ petition has been filed, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records in pursuant to the order in NA.KA.No.2954/A5/2018 dated 22.11.2018 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently, restrain the respondents from disturbing the peaceful functioning of the school for the academic year 20182019 (31.05.2019).

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition in view of the order passed in a connected matter in W.P.No.26618 of 2017 and hence, the same may be closed.

3. In view of the statement made by the petitioner and also in view of the order passed in W.P.No.26618 of 2017, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition.
