ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.23 of 2018, which is pending on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
file of the third respondent Police.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's daughter is missing from the month of January 2018. Based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the third respondent Police has registered an FIR in Crime No.23 of 2018, as women missing case. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner's daughter is in illegal custody of the fourth respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner also brought to the notice of this Court H.C.P.No.1944 of 2018, filed before this Court seeking to produce the daughter of the petitioner before this Court. The petitioner is more anxious to know whether his daughter is in the custody of the fourth respondent on her own volition or out of force or threat. This fact, the respondent police can easily find out in the course of investigation.
3.In view of the nature of complaint, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report or a closure report as the case may be, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
