J U D G M E N T
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff filed a memo dated 08.08.2019, stating that the defendant had vacated their employees from the premises of plaintiff at 06.00 am on 01.12.2018. In this regard he has also made an endorsement, which reads as follows:- "As the suit remedy sought for in the plaint had worked itself out, a memo to that effect is filed on 08.08.2019. The Hon'ble Court may kindly take the memo on record and close the matter."

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, the suit is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
