C.R.P.(PD) NO.4217 of 2018 C.R.P. (PD) No.4217 of 2018 V.BHARATHIDASAN.J., This court, by order dated 21.12.2018 disposed of the above said revision petition with a direction to the court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.238 of 2016 within a period six months from the from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. At the request of the learned III Addl. District Judge, Dharapuram, by way of letter dated 08.11.2019, seeking extension of time to dispose of the suit, this revision petition is listed again before this court for appropriate orders.

3. I have gone through the said letter and also heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. This court is satisfied with the reasons assigned for extension of time. Accordingly, further three months time is granted to dispose of the suit.
