The relief sought for in this civil revision petition no longer survives since the petition was filed by the father, seeking for visitation rights and the same was dismissed and subsequently, there was some negotiation between the parties to amicably settle the dispute amongst themselves.

2. In view of the same, the civil revision petition is closed. There will be no order as to costs.
