O R D E R

The petition has been filed seeking for direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. Earlier, when the petitioner was called for an enquiry. The petitioner apprehended arrest by the respondent police. Therefore, he filed a petition seeking for an anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.27287 of 2018. When the matter came up for hearing, it was represented on the side of the respondent police that the complaint has already been enquired and the same has been closed. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition was closed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that inspite of the earlier complaint being closed, respondent police is repeatedly calling the petitioner for enquiry.

4. The respondent police having made a categoric statement before this Court that the complaint in CSR No.6765 of 2018 has already been enquired and closed. The respondent police cannot repeatedly call the petitioner for enquiry and harass the petitioner.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent police not to call the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for any enquiry, in view of the fact that the complaint in CSR.No.6765 of 2018 has already been closed.
