(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The prayer of the petitioner is that his application submitted on 09.11.2018 for regularising/revised plan approval for the building situated at Plot No.MIG B-18, 2nd Cross Street, Kurinji Nagar, Ramapuram, Chennai-89, be directed to be considered by the respondents.

2.Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Government Pleader (I/c.), who is appearing for respondent no.1, The Secretary to Government, Housing and Urban Development Department and for respondent no.2, The Additional Secretary to Government, Housing and Urban Development Department, states that the said application of the petitioner dated 09.11.2018 will be considered by the respondents within a period of eight weeks from today.

3.In view of the statement made by the learned Government Pleader (I/c.), no further orders are required in this petition. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs.
