16417 of 2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.R.C.No.1413 of 2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.NAGARATHINAM, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The sentence passed against the petitioner in STC.No.1082 of 2015 dated 16.08.2017, by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem and confirmed by the learned III Additional Sessions Judge, Salem, in C.A.No.113 of 2017 dated 05.10.2018, be suspended on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.82,750/- to the credit of the above said Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. If the deposit is not made within the time stipulated by this Court, the order of suspension of sentence shall stand automatically vacated without any further reference to this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
