Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certioarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 30.10.2018 vide his proceedings in KA.No.U.MI PO/Na/Vee Pa sa/co complaint No.342 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide electricity service connection to the petitioner's Godown situated at D.No.23 Rajagopal Thottam 2nd street, Karungal Palayam, Erode 638 003, Erode District within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
