The matter was initially listed for hearing on 26.08.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, hence the matter was directed to be posted on 01.09.2021. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 01.09.2021, once again there was no representation for the petitioner. Thereafter, this court directed the Registry to list the matter on 06.09.2021. Again, when the matter was taken up for consideration, there was no representation for the petitioner. Once again the matter was directed to be listed on 08.09.2021. Even on that day (i.e.,) 08.09.2021 when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner. In order to give one last opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed on 14.09.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Even today (i.e.,) 14.09.2021 when the matter is taken up for hearing, once again there is no representation for the petitioner, which clearly shows that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the Petition.
