Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to issue patta in the petitioner name for the property at Survey No.4/2, 3/3,& 40/3 to an leaved extent of 3.50 acres in total extent of 8.50 acres out of which remaining part of 5 acres bears patta in the petitioner name in Mensanvoddi Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2018. The petitioner seeks for Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to issue patta in the petitioner name for the property at Survey No.4/2, 3/3,& 40/3 to an leaved extent of 3.50 acres in total extent of 8.50 acres out of which remaining part of 5 acres bears patta in the petitioner name in Mensanvoodi Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2018.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner as it is for the 4th respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.10.2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the 4th respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
