This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the Anticipatory Bail Order granted to the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.18434 of 2018 on 02.11.2018 Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, in Crime no. Not known in CSR No.267 of 2018, Permitting the petitioner to execute his bond for Rs.10,000/- along with two normal genuine sureties.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that CSR.No.267 of 2018, after enquiry was closed by the respondent police.
