The learned counsel for the respondent states that the judgment in W.A.No.330 of 2019 which affirmed the order dated 01.02.2019 passed by the learned single Judge in the writ petition has been challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court by filing SLP (C) No.8262 of 2019.
