In the meanwhile, it is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents that on receipt of objections from the petitioner, respondents have conducted an enquiry and thereafter passed an award on 28.02.2023. They would further submit that the award amount has also been deposited before the concerned Court in the land acquisition 2/4

proceedings. Therefore, the learned counsel for respondents would submit that the present writ petition challenging the award notice has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for respondents, the writ petition stands dismissed, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the acquisition proceedings in the manner known to law.
